Vokèra

Vokèra is a UK domestic and commercial heating brand owned by the Riello Group – part of the Carrier Corporation portfolio.

As a logical next step in the development of Affinity we developed a mobile app to provide the power of Affinity to installers wherever they are.

To achieve this, we developed VokèraApp, with remote access to Affinity, their support & reward programme, plus quick and easy onsite Gas Safe Boiler registrations and mobile GPRS search for local parts stockists.

The app provides non-registered installers with limited access to product information and encourages then to sign-up, but enables registered members to have full access to all the benefits of Affinity including:

• Product installation registration – for Gas Safe notification, automated warranty registration and reward points
