Vokèra

Vokèra is a UK domestic and commercial heating brand owned by the Riello Group – part of the Carrier Corporation portfolio.

Following a range rationalisation, the new evolve boiler range was introduced to offer an all-new feature rich product offering.

We were tasked with supporting the launch of the new range to the trade through the development of a complete suite of marketing assets and a trade advertising and social media campaign.

To leverage sales with new and existing installers, the launch was supported by linked product incentives – Installing BeSMART thermostat upgraded the standard warranty – which was managed through the Affinity installer programme.

A series of national installer ‘roadshow’ events ran across the UK that enabled Vokera sales staff to demonstrate the new range features, whilst also incentivising sign-up to Affinity.

Our role included involvement with product naming and development of the range identity and iconography, creation of literature, website content, video, print, online and social advertising, field sales, event and roadshow support and a launch promotion within Affinity.
